Shopping Centre Le Befane (The BefaneShopping Center)
On the road Rimini Riccione. It is the biggest shopping centre in Emilia Romagna, and has been inaugurated on the 21 November 2005. It is built on an area of 210.000 sqm, with 63.000 sqm of building. It has a hypermarket Conad-Leclerc, a 12 room cinema multiplex and a commercial gallery of circa 30.000 sqm, with other 130 national and international shops . Amongst the most important ones are: Zara, Cisalfa, Mango, Nike, Max&Co, Penny Black, Marella, Benetton, North Sails, Champion, Mandarina Duck, Marco Polo Expert, Bassetti e Piazza Italia.
Shopping Centre Iper Rubicone
You can find it from Rimini travelling on SS.16 direction Ravenna, exit IPER Rubicone" near Gatteo. Iper has a Cinema, Bar, Restaurants, Mac Donald, Media World, Decathlon and many other shops.
Shopping Centre Malatesta (new town area Rimini Exhibition)
It is the first Italian hypermarketwith a zero greenhouse gas emissions. The numerous innovative actions to collect meteoric water for fire extinguishing, green public irrigation, water games, a reached target of 25-30% electricity savings compared to traditional shopping centres and a maximum level of recycling make this centre an ecological approved structure.
From Augustus’s Arch to Tiberius’s Bridge is the traditional shopping place for locals. Shops, bars, restaurants are all very near. The entire area is pedestrianised.You can leave your car in one of the parking places nearby or you can take the bus. Other available options are cycling or “CAR-SHARING (service offered exclusively by the Hotel)
A walk to the sea
From the hotel continue in direction North (towards the harbour) along avenue Queen Elena,to the Marvelli square and to the Vespucci avenue. This is the traditional walk to the sea after a day spent at the beach. A lot of shops, bars, ice-cream parlours. Even locals enjoy a stroll to the seaside in the spring and the summer when shops are open.One can walk up to the display windows, down to the sea at the “anchor" near the harbour canal or south on the Queen Elena Avenue.
